一、基本情况
曲衍波，男，山东龙口人，汉族，中共党员，管理学博士。山东财经大学教授、博士生导师，公共管理学院副院长、土地科学与政策研究院院长，国家级一流专业（城市管理）建设点负责人。入选泰山学者青年专家、山东省理论人才百人工程、自然资源部高层次科技创新人才工程，担任山东省首批等学校青年创新团队、山东省第一批自然资源高层次科技创新人才团队和山东财经大学卓越研究生导师团队负责人，获“齐鲁最美教师”提名。
兼任中国行政区划与区域发展促进会生态文明建设与可持续发展专业委员会副秘书长、中国自然资源学会土地资源专业委员会与资源地理专业委员会委员、山东省自然资源标准化技术委员会国土调查保护与空间规划分技术委员会副秘书长、山东省不动产登记代理与土地估价行业协会技术标准委员会副主任，山东省国土资源专家库首批专家，Journal of Rural Studies、Land Use Policy、Habitat International、中国土地科学、地理学报、地理科学、资源科学、自然资源学报等国际/国内期刊审稿人。
主要研究方向：土地利用转型与乡村振兴，国土空间规划与城市治理，国民经济运行与低碳绿色发展。
主讲课程包括本科生《地理信息系统》（理论与实验）《城市数字化管理》《城市公共行政学》《城市公共安全与应急管理》《城市管理案例》《自然地理学》等；研究生《土地资源利用与评价专题》《国土空间规划》（双语）《科学论文写作方法》《土地科学前沿专题》《公共管理学专题》等。
